Rachel Rose Keller is a comedy writer with work in The Onion, McSweeney's, Reductress, The National Lampoon, and more.
She graduated with a BFA from NYU's program for Dramatic Writing, where she received the Chair's Award and accepted her diploma on behalf of her entire department.
Rachel has written sketch for BoogieManja and GOLD Comedy, where she also teaches humor writing. She was a recipient of a St. Nell's Comedy Residency for women and nonbinary writers, an alum of the DAF/The Onion Satire Workshop, and a 2026 GOLD Comedy Comedian to Watch.
Rachel’s farce play St. Hospital City ran at The Tank through autumn 2025 and her live show Buyer’s Remorse, an improvised mock trial about negative Yelp reviews, premiered at Caveat as part of New York Comedy Festival.
All this is to say, she peaked when she won 8th place in the National School Scrabble Championship in 6th grade.
